Sharon began her legal career as an associate with Ivie, McNeil & Wyatt in Los Angeles, CA, where she represented self-insured entities, including the city’s transportation authority and area school districts in a wide range of personal injury cases.
Since relocating to Atlanta in 2000, Sharon’s practice has focused on insurance defense. As an associate with Goodman McGuffey, she handled personal injury, premises liability, employment discrimination and sexual misconduct cases. Her clients included private schools, churches, motels, nursing and personal care homes. From there, Sharon transitioned to staff counsel for Liberty Mutual, where she handled a high volume of trucking, auto and premises liability cases. She tried numerous cases as lead counsel.
After more than a decade with Liberty Mutual, Sharon joined The Hartford as Senior Trial Counsel, where she handled complex auto and commercial litigation all over Georgia, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, premises liability and product liability cases. Most recently, Sharon returned to Liberty Mutual as Corporate Counsel in the litigation group, managing bad faith and extra-contractual litigation in multiple states.

ADR Fees (Virtual and in-person)
Cases Conducted Virtually:
$165.00 per hour, per party; $135.00 per hour, per party for three or more parties; three-hour minimum.
No administration fee.
Cancellation Fee: Two hours, if less than 48 business day hours’ notice.
Cases Conducted In-Person:
$225.00 per hour, per party; $185.00 per hour, per party for three or more parties; four-hour minimum.
No administrative fee. Travel fee: Up to two hours round trip, flat fee of $40.00 per party; excess over two hours, $95.00 per hour, per party.
Cancellation Fee: Four hours if less than 48 business day hours’ notice.
